Divorce w\children,needing paternity test

I am currently going through a semi-difficult divorce, involving two children. One child is definitely mine ,but my wife thinks that the daughther is her boyfriend's.My wife expects me to pay for the paternity test and still pay child support.

Now here's the question:Can I get a court order for HER to pay for the paternity test AND stop paying the child support for the daughter.

I am short on money to do this She paid for the divorce

You need to talk with your lawyer. It is possible to order the party that is wrong on the paternity suit to foot the bill. For more info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com
