Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Not legally divorced?

I know a woman who had the divorce notice for her husband sent to her own brothers home in TN (2 miles from her) to keep the husband from knowing and showing up for his divorce. In the state of TN you don't have to sign to receive notice. She lives in TN & he lives in AR. They also have a child. She represented herself (a paralegal did up her paperwork & this woman filed everything on her own) & was granted the divorce by default in June 2005,& he now owes the court cost. He rec'd his divorce papers on a visit to see his daughter. He's 30 days are up and cannot do anything about it now. She had paralegal co worker notarize a letter on an attorney's letterhead stating the defendant rec'd notice. This same woman married my own son 30 days later. We've been in contact with the ex husband and feel he has been done wrong, this cannot be legal! Can he prove this? Also, how is this going to affect my own son, he wants an annulment and thinks her behavior was inappropriate. Here's the kicker, the attorney who's letter head was used is related to the divorce judge by marriage. It was his paralegal who knowingly notarized the paperwork using his letter head. Gets even better, my daughter inlaw works for him too. Can this now be covered up?
