Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

passport

MY ex wife wants to take me to court because I wont give her our son' passport to go to Colombia, the reason I wont give her the passport is because she wont give me a notarized letter so I know where my son will be and when he will be back, can she succesfully do this?
