Wife lost wedding ring 7 years ago.Divorce stated she got no insurance money for this.I forgot this I gave her 1/2 of insurance money.Any way to get this back?

You can petition the court for an Order compelling her to give back the insurance proceeds you paid her.

If this happened 7 years ago as your question said, your only hope is to ask her to return it to you. Of course, that is likely to bring a laugh and little else. Get over it. The money is gone. After 7 years I don't see you having any prospect of getting the court to change anything. The court will most likely consider it a gift -- you gave her money you didn't have to.
