Uncontested Divorce

If you have an uncontested divorce. Where the your spouse agrees to give you full custody. Do you still have to go through the evaluation? Who all will have to go to court?

I do not understand your question, but it sounds like you are trying to get a divorce without a lawyer. That is a mistake. You have a child involved. Be smart and at least have a lawyer review the documents your spouse is asking you to sign. Good luck.
