Writing of Checks

How does the person with an individual's ''power of attorney'' use it in the context of a person bank accounts and if a bank account has joint owners does a third party who has power of attorney have legal recourse to this account, same as the owners?

You just show the bank the POA. Yes, if it is a joint account, the POA holder usually has complete acesss unless the POA is revoked or a court has ordered otherwise. For more info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com
