Legal Question in Immigration Law in Tennessee

Can you tell me how to go about reporting a illegal alien with a criminal background to immigration? I have contacted local authorities and nothing has been accomplished. He has already been sent to Memphis Tennessee to Immigration and realesed awaiting a court hearing and never went. What can I do now I am Fed UP!!

You would need to contact the proper, federal immigration authorities, rather than local or state, if you are not getting anywhere.
