Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

Complicated auto accident

I was involved in a 4 vehicle accident. I was the second of 4 vehicles. I rear-ended the vehicle in front of me and was rear-ended by a person who was then rear-ended by another person. The damage to the front of my vehicle and to the 1st car was minimal. My insurance company has already paid for the damage to the 1st car. The damage to the rear of my car totaled it. My ins. co is only valuing my car at 1/2 of what I owe and is going after the person behind me for the damage. My research has found that the value should be about $1500 higher. Am I able to sue the person behind me for the remainder of the loan on my car or at least for the other $1500? The only person injured in the accident was the man who hit me. I have not signed any releases or documentation.

Re: Complicated auto accident

You have described a complex four car accident that should compel you to immediately contact an attorney for legal advice as opposed to any e-mail advice that an attorney might be able to provide.
