Federal Civil Diversity Case

I live in TN and I have put together a great Federal complaint on Extrinsic Fraud that was committed against me in the courts in AR by several well known attorneys. I have ironclad proof of everything claimed in the complaint. I believe it will be a Huge case. Does this diversity case need to be filed in TN or Arkansas? Know of a good lawyer who might be interested in taking this on a contingency basis?
