Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

If a lawsuit was filed for my husband aganist a company and we

would like to look at the information filed and the results, court cases are public right; can you go to the court house and look at what the lawyer actually filed or can the information be pulled up online.

All filings are public record unless selaed by the court for a specific purpose. In Federal courts the documents can be accessed online; state and local courts are done in person.

Lawsuits are a matter of public record. You can go to the court house and read the entire file.
