I want to know how to get a deed to some land that was left in a will to me both partys are decesed and i have been paying taxes on it for 6 yrs now

You will not be able to get a deed to the property as there is no one to sign one. If you inherited the property by will, the probate of the will can act as your deed. If there is no probate, your ownership may be proven by affidavits of heirship.
