Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Tennessee

Sale of real estate

My wife is selling property in North Carolina the closing is 04-14-08 in Charlotte N. C. We live in Tennessee I am her Husband and Im am unable to attend the closing. N.C. law Requires that I sign, Which Form do we use? The Tennessee form or the N. C. form since the property is in N. C.?

From your question it is impossible the tell what "form" you are speaking of, however, if you are speaking of either a deed form or a power of attorney, then the form should be a N.C. form.
