Legal Question in Traffic Law in Tennessee

wreckless driving

A wreck on I24 shut the road down. They shut the road ahead of us and behind us. Sat there for about 2 hours with wife and baby in care. A 5:30 a.m. decided to try to get back to last exit and myself and about 20 other cars used the emergency lane while we had our lights on and hazard lights going about 15 miles per hour.

County sheriff stopped us and gave us all reckless driving tickets. I don't believe this meets the definition of reckless driving especially since the road was already shut down and we were only going 15 miles and hour. What are my chances of fighting this and getting it reduced to a lesser charge?
