Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Death of an aunt

My aunt died and named three of her sisters in a will. One was my mother, but she died before my aunt. Another sister just died. Now, there is one sister alive, does the living decendants of my mother inherit her part and who gets the money from the second sister, who died recently, since she has no children?

Re: Death of an aunt

It depends on the wording of the will. It should be reviewed to ascertain the intent of the decedent.
