Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

MY father passed away 10 years ago since then my mom has sold land and bought items that really lose value quick. She is now wanting to sell more land It is my belief there are people tring to dip into my inhertance. I am an only child I have been told that legaly half of this estate is mine. Is this so please help before i lose all my dads land.

One-half of the land would be yours if the deeds were titled in your father's name alone. If the deeds are jointly titled in the names of your father and mother, your mother would have acquired full title to the lands.
