Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Corporation credit card
Iam going to file bankruptcy but I have a Wal-Mart co.card
and will i be able to place this as well and I also need to put if possible ssi in it at the time i recived a settlement and did not report it and now paying back 3,000.
but can this be a part of that?

Your question references a company credit card. However, I don't know if the company was your company. Were you in business or incorporated? I have some strategies in terms of listing credit cards in these types of situations. In terms of the SSI debt it should probably be listed. I basically need more information.
