Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas

Here is my question. Any attorney that has the nerve to answer it.

Why when people go to file bankruptcy you charge thousands of dollars? If we had that much we would not be going bankrupt. I am sure people only use this avenue when all else is depleted. So which attorney has the nerve to answer or is this such a scam.

Some people fix their own cars. Others hire mechanics Mechanics charge for their time. So do lawyers, including the ones who practice bankruptcy law.

Believe it or not, there are people who need to file bankruptcy who can afford an attorney. If no one could afford a bankruptcy lawyer, then lawyers would stop practicing bankruptcy law.

If you need legal help to file bankruptcy, and can't afford the first few you talk to, shop around.
