Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

No one can sign contract on my behalf

Yes, I need to type a brief letter for my boss stating that no one is allowed to sign any documents (legal or otherwise) on his behalf or any of his entities (other businesses). Can I get some help on this? I have never written such a letter and want to make sure it is properly written and that it includes all the pertinent information. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Griselda

Re: No one can sign contract on my behalf

"Please be advised that no one has been given authority, express or implied, to sign any documents that bind or obligate me or (list of companies)."

That will do it.
