Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Substitute coleratal

We purchased a truck (18 wheel) a year ago, since then has had numerous repairs, totalling over $17,000. They have now decided that they will do a substitute of coleratal, however, we are being made (forced) to take of do certain things, all of which are costing us money we don't have. We were told to accept a truck site unseen, join a membership that will cost us $420 a year, told us WE have to purchase a new warranty at the cost of $2500. I have been out of work because of this matter for almost 5 weeks, and have no more money to use for this, can they keep doing this or do I have some sort of recourse. This all started because the first truck was NEVER inspected correctly. Thank you.

Who are "They?" Do you have a contract with them? What does it say? You should read and then take all your paperwork in to a lawyer near you.
