small claims
My trampoline with enclosure was picked up by wind and carried over my six foot privacy fence and hit a man's truck. He is threatning to sue. Are we legally responsible?

Let him talk to your homeowner's insurance...if he sues, they would pay if you are liable...Claims do not affect your rates
