Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I entered into a financial agreement with a boyfriend as a Co-Buyer on an auto loan. We are now seperated and after he has been making the payments for a year has decided to stop paying for the car. Am I equally responsible for the vehicle as a Co-buyer? What are my rights? What are my options? Please Help!!

You are responsible for the loan (as co-buyer).
Do you have any communication with him at all? Would he be willing to let you have the car?
Beyond that, your rights are as spelled out in the agreement itself. You'll want to read it carefully.
