I am 60+ days behind on my title loan. Can they file felony charges on me even though I only owe them $663

I seriously doubt it; what are the actual circumstances? It would be a very unusual event needed to occur to trigger some kind of felony. Are they threatening you with this? They are able to repossess the vehicle.
