Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

My car company took a payment out of my checking account with out my authorization. I was left with a negative balance in my checking account over the whole weekend causing me to have access to no money to get food or gas. Is there any legal action I can take?

Need more info. How could they "take a payment out of [your] checking account" in the first place?
