what are the steps and what can i do when a bank sues for the money difference of a repossition

If you're not going to hire an attorney, start studying the law & procedure. Otherwise, the bank will get a judgment against you. Good Luck

Obviously you feel you cannot hire an attorney..but think twice..will the judgment be in thousands? File a sworn answer..ie swear you do not owe that much..before a notary..Second..you will have to appear and disprove the amount..but will probably have ajudgment for the amount, court costs and attorney fees. Our fee would be reasonable..in Dallas..where are you..

and think about talking to a local attorney..Obviously you do not have much or you would not have had a repossession..but it costs nothing to call a local attorney
