Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

i ytook out payday loan with ace cash express. I did not intentionally not pay them, i just couldnt. So now that it has escallated really bad they say if they dont aquire the full amount by 3;00 today they will be forced to take county action.....are they going to take me to jail??

Payday loans should not result in jail time, unless you originally took the loan with the intention of never paying the loan back.

You should consult with a local criminal defense lawyer (especially if you are arrested).

no jail...but call if u want some help...and don't talk to payday loan people until u have money to pay them back..hopefully soon
