bailed my daughter out of texas jail

i bailed my daughter out of denton county of texas. she was given 10 years probation fo r drug use of meth. the probation officer said that i was resonsible for my daughters fees if she didnt pay her fines, her bond was 5,000. the probation officer wouldnt release her if i wouldnt even rrelease her to me if i didnt sign to be responsible for them the bond was out of okla. but she had her warrent in texas, what can i do to be not responsible for them, i barely have enough money to servive and raise a granddaughter, which iam responsible for , can i be arrested if i dont pay her texas fines. thank you--name removed---name removed--by the way my daughter is 23

If you posted a bail bond, you may be responsible in a civil manner for the appearance of the person for whom you post the bond. I do not have sufficient information from your post to be able to understand your situation.
