Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My daughter.is on probation in Texas has about two years left . We want to go back home to kentucky what are the.steps we need to take to get her probation awitched? She just had twins and I am all the family she has here. All our family is in ky ..we want to go back where we have family

There are two issues. First her probation officer has to agree to a transfer and Kentucky has to agree to courtesy supervision. Then the father of the twins has to agree to lifting the geographic restriction. If there is no order regarding the children, she can move, but it's possible he could force the issue back into a Texas court.
