Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Divorce/ custody

Brother ms in the army, filed for divorce and custody of his child when the wife disappeared with the children. The wife in turn file false child molestation charges against him. The cilivan court convicted him on these charges without proof. How can we free him and clean up his record and get his daughter from this woman. Brother has been taking care of the child since birth alone.

It is difficult to discern if this occurred in criminal court, or family court. In either event, because of the allegations made, he likely faces legal issues on both counts. Surely, before now, he has been represented by counsel. If not, it is urgent that he get counsel immediately to try to undo some of the damage, and try to repair the situation going forward.

Allegations of child abuse are criminal charges. In addition, it can result in the loss of possession and access of the children. These facts far surpass any kind of DIY situation.
