driving with license suspended

If you received deferred adjudication for driving with a suspended license and it is revocated, what is the max penalty? probation was for 1.5 yrs

Since the individual received deferred probation this was most likely someone's first offense for DWLS. This being so the punishment range is anywhere from 0 to 180 days in jail.

A lot depends on the judge and how the individual did on probation and what he is being revoked for.

Under certain circumstances one can have there probation extended so they don't have to serve jail time. Misdemeanor probation can be extended up to three years.
