Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My Ex-Wife left my 12 year old home alone with another 12 year old for 2 days. The child took the car the next morning with another 12 year old and crashed the car (Rolled 3 times) injuring both kids. What can I do about this, besides contact CPS.

You need to talk to your insurance company to check on your financial exposure. A consultation with a personal injury defense attorney would not be a bad idea.
After you have attended to the medical issues, contact your divorce attorney to see if the custody should be modified.
