Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my girlfriend owes 350 of 1600 to a lawyer for representing her in a MTR case. He was retained after he was the original court appointed lawyer for her. He is now threatening to file something against her that will revoke her probation if he doesn't receive his money in 2 days. He knows she has been out of work and I just started back. It has been 3 months since he was retained. I want to know what it is he can file to cause another MTR and what I can do about it(I will not have the 350 in 2 days)How do I show the court that her own lawyer is making these threats
