Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

poss w/intent 2 deliver 4-200g meth & Fraud

I have a Fraud charge I got time served od and then a Poss less than 1g meth I served 9months in TDcJ state jail 6months after being released I was arrested by the ROP task forse for Poss w/Int 2 del 4-200g meth that was in 2 hide a keys behind the door hinges of the car I was in then 7 months after that the same ROP detective had me pulled over and I was arrested for poss less than 1g the magistrate let me go because of a bad police report or insufficient evedince not sure but the detective placed a warrwnt out 4 my arrest the next day then about 8 or 9 months after that I was arrested for fraud being in poss of identifying info less than 5 I want to know how it can be done to where I dont have to go serve time in prison? I would be willing to mtake 20 years probation if need be but is this a possibility? Is there anyone out there that can help me? I want to get my life together im 32 and i still havent had children and will be to old by the time I get out of prison.
