Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Probation
I was placed on probation in March of 2005 and was due to complete probation in March 2008. Due to Financial problems and homelessness, I Have not reported to the probation officer since June 2005. Since that time I have Gotten back on my feet and Have become self employed and productive also I have not been in or had any trouble since the violation. How do I resolve the probation issue without going to jail and/or losing all that I have accomplished? I am aware I have violated probation but it was out of my control.
