sexual video taping without consent
If you are caught with a tape of you with somebody else in consented sexual intercourse---but the video taping was not consented to..What is the min./max. punishment?

Go online to www.state.tx.us. Look under the bar that says government, then look at "Laws, Codes & Statutes. Then check under Statutes, then "Texas Penal Code, then check under Chapter 21, sexual offenses, then check under Section 21.15 of the Texas Penal Code. It will give you the information you need. Punishments are defined under Chapter 12, entitled punishments. Good luck.
