will my bail be revoked

i retained an attorney to help me with a case of self defense he told me for 2500.00 he could make it go away then he called me and and said the DA was going to press it and i had to pay 6000.00 to go to trial i told him i couldnt afford it he said that wasnt his problem now if i fire him will my bail be revoked and what do i tell the court im scared this is a small town as is the minds of the legal system i have heard horror stories about this county i have allready lost my home and my truck due to this please i need help!!!

The Texas Code of Criminal procedure specifically states that the ability to post bail cannot be used as a factor to determine you should be appointed counsel. If you cannot afford an Attorney then ask the Court to appoint you one. Call us if you are in the Houston area. 281-485-0990
