Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

Do They Have the right

I got suspened from my job because I told my boss I was having to go to court,I hadn't been charged yet was just going before the judge. I was then charged with a feloney for lying on feral doctaments.. I was then told I could have my job back because I have a feloney... I know a person at the same job that has a feloney that works for the same company and is still there.. I have looked in the handbook for this company and it says nothing about no being able to work for them if you have a feloney as long as you report it.. Well I reported it and I still have no job.......
