Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

Time to appeal.

Hello, I would like to know how much time does a company have to appeal a case?, I went to Federal court on March last year and won, until this day I have not receive any payment or my backpay salary, My attorneys said we are still waiting for them either to appeal or pay, how long can it take? Thank You. ( I was terminated for being pregnant)
