What is the best way to keep a DUI off of my driving record and keep from getting my licence suspended?

If you are charged but not yet convicted the only way to get a charge completely off your record is to have it expunged. To be eligible for this process, the charge must be dismissed, or you must be acquitted at trial. Or if you were convicted, you would have to receive a pardon from the governor.
