I was at a party inside of a house with my friends unaware of any alcohol.After awhile we looked in the back yard and saw a lot of people drinking, we did not drink or anything. We all were prepared to go when the police came and told everybody that was inside of the house to go outside and the police gave us all minor in possession tickets. can I fight this or not?

Yes. Hire a lawyer. You were not in possession of alcohol and are not guilty.
