Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Texas

I got a letter served saying am be sued for an auto accident. The officer never took my account as to what happen and reported on what the other account and rrepotrted this on the report.Now I.m being sued What can I be sued on with only 16 hr work a week. I live at home. The only thing I would have own is the car she ran into. The problem is my car insurance expired 3 day before the accident. If they win what do I expect with only 16hr pay a week and no ascesment

You can expect a default judgment against you if you do not defend yourself. With no assets, there is not much they can do except try to garnish your wages. See a local attorney about this if you get served with a garnishment suit.
