Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Im 21 years old and I live in texas. Im planning on moving out but my mom wont let me take my belogings. Is there something I can do so I can take my things?

Anything that you purchased after you turned 18, received as a gift or inherited is your personal property. Otherwise it's hers. Of course you will need proof if she claims the item belongs to her.
