i am adopting my grandauhgter in texas, but my wife which is not her biological grandmother said she wants to also, but i don't want her to. can i still adopt her without her cosent. thanks

YES. You do not need her consent. You may end up needing a divorce attorney if you are not careful...but that's a different matter.
