adoption reverse

when I was nine years old I was adopted by my step father I'm 32 now and I'd like to change my name back to my birth name which is not super hard but I would like it so as if the adoption never took place another words so like my birth certificate reads as it did when I was actually born with my birth fathers name on the cert. and such

You can't reverse the adoption, per se. You can change your name. The county law library has the research and form books. You can also hire an attorney to handle it for you. It is not an expensive process.
