Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am beeing sued for not paying 50% of the equity for a house i still live in. Its been over a year and some months after the 90 days the divorce decree states i had to pay her the equity. what will happen in court?

It depends on the wording of your decree, but PROBABLY she will get a money judgment against you, which she will then try to collect.
