You have my sympathy for your loss and grief. The circumstances and location of the events leading to the death of your son may give rise to rights you may lose if you do not take immediate action. While there may be a parental immunity question in your situation, there are certain issues which should be reviewed. Please contact me at [email protected] if you would like to review those matters.
