Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My boyfriend and I had some problems a few months ago. He had a "fling" with someone else but we got back together and are working things out and he told her he didn't want to see her anymore and she started acting very mentally disturbed. Now she is constantly bothering us and saying she is pregnant but she keeps changing the story. She looked up his parents number and called them and wrote them a letter and caused a lot of tension between my boyfriend and his dad. She keeps texting him and emailing him and saying things to the people he works with and keeps texting his friends and making "legal threats". She has already told some people that she is doing this to get back at him and to try to break us up for good. All the stress got to me and I had a miscarriage at about 15 weeks. Is there anything that can be done about her causing all that stress so she will leave us alone?

He can file a restraining order against you. It might also be a crime. He needs to take his evidence to his local police dept. or District Attorney and see if they will prosecute her.
