Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have two little boys with my boyfriend. We have a home and a car together and were planing on getting married. Things have taken a turn for the worst, and I want out. I live here in Texas now and thats where both boys were born, but I want to move back home in Idaho. I wont go without them. My boyfriend is the sole provider and he did signed an acknowledgment for both boys. I don't care about anything other than taking my boys to Idaho with me. I know that my boyfriend with fight me for then. What can I legally do?

I assume that there's no court order anywhere that pertains to the children.

Pack up your stuff and move to Idaho with the children.
