Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello. My name is Brandon. 4 years ago my parents got a divorce and my dad signed the papers say that if I went to college then he would have to pay child support until I graduated. First of all I am having a hard time believing that an 18-22 year old requires child support being that I am not a child legally. Also my mom lives in New York and I am in texas going to school in San Antonio, so I don't understand why she receives child support if I am not even in the same time zone. Also so far she has received 2 months worth of child support but I haven't seen any of it what so ever. Is there any way to revoke this child support because she Is literally using me and stealing the money that is meant for me. Thank you. Please tell me if there is anything I can do. They wrote it up in fort bend county west of houston. My mother brought me to New York after they divorced. I moved back to texas and am with my father until the middle of August when I move to my apartment in San Antonio to attend college there.

If you are living with your dad, he is supporting you and he should not have to pay child support.

It sounds like the theory is that if you are going to college someone is going to have to pay tuition. He needs to go to court.
