My ex and i have joint custody of our 3 yr old daughter, but she lives with her mom all week and i get her on the weekends and on thursday night for 2 hrs, if i go up there on thursday and my daughter aint there, what do i do, am i supposed to call the cops and file a report or what. my ex lives with 2 guys, one of which has beat her up twice, and our daughter was there for one of them, but he almost broke her nose one time and she filled a report with the cops to press charges but then a couple months he came back and she let him, i want custody of my daughter but not sure how to go about it, and i dont have a lot of money.
