How do I get a child support order modified if the parent lied about their income.

You need an attorney to help you. The attorney can advise you as to legal ways to acquire proof of his real income.

You got the proof? The judge will want to see your proof in admissible evidentiary form. This is technical. Changes are done by motion to modlify.
